1. Information We Collect

Dashcore Money connects to QuickBooks Online via a read-only, one-way sync. Through this connection we collect financial data including transactions, vendors, categories, and bank account balances. No data is ever written back to QuickBooks Online.

2. How We Store Your Data

QuickBooks Online OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted at rest. Synced financial data is stored in a MySQL database hosted on Laravel Cloud. Access to this data within the Service is restricted to authenticated users with an Admin or Viewer role.

3. How We Use Your Data

Synced data is used solely to power internal dashboards, transaction views, reports, and alerts within Dashcore Money. It is used only for internal financial reporting purposes and is not used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to internal financial visibility.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Synced data is retained for as long as the QuickBooks Online connection remains active. If the QuickBooks Online connection is disconnected, or upon request, associated synced data is removed from the Service. To request deletion of data, contact us using the information below.

5. Sharing of Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Data collected from QuickBooks Online is used exclusively within Dashcore Money for internal financial reporting.
